When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order within 8-10 days of ordering. Order will be shipped from our warehouse in China and direct to your doorstep.

How can I check the status of my order?
We will send you a shipping notification email with tracking information. To track your parcel, please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to update your information.

How do I request a refund or replacement for my damaged or missing item?
We will gladly replace it free of charge or refund the purchase amount for the item. The attached photos of the damaged item are greatly appreciated.
