How do I check the status of my order?

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3-5 business days to have your order process and dispatch. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking number to your order.

You may also come back to our website at any time and visit our Track Order page to find your real-time update on your shipment.

If you did not receive your tracking number or have any updates on our Track Order page after 5 business days, please let us know immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Do you ship Internationally?

We ship free to United States, United Kingdom, Germany standard shipping with about 2-4 weeks waiting time.

Other countries: you may check the calculated shipping costs at checkout. 

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 2-4 weeks or more depending on location for all orders.

Is your website secure with my personal information?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

How do I order on your website?

Simply find the product you'd want and click the "Add To Cart" button. Review items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

What if I change my mind or item is damaged?

If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, let us know immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience.

Why did my order stopped updating?

Your items may be held at the customs. If your order is never released by customs, We will send you a replacement.

Duties and Taxes.

You should not be charge additional customs tax or fee for orders under $300. We are not liable for payments in case of additional tax or import fees.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For information about customs policies that apply in your country please contact your local customs office.

Any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes are to be borne by the customer. We are unable to refund these charges as they are paid to your local carrier or customs and are not collected by Lifestyle Goods Store.
